LINDNER & HELLBERG FAMILY

I am a descendant of John Bartholmaus Lindner from Iowa and Dorothea Anna Hellberg from Germany. Both families are located on 1880 census in Seward, living near each other. They married there in Seward County and raised their family. Their son John Henry Edward Lindner who married Clara Mattie Maude Christine Fauth are my great grandparents. The Fauth family is from Lincoln, Lancaster Co, NE. Ed and Clara moved to Kansas where Clara became ill and was forced to move to warmer climate due to health. Which is how my family from this branch got to Arizona. Ed worked for the Street Car Company and was transferred to Phoenix, Arizona before 1920.
Dorothea is the daughter of Henry and Katherine Hellberg, both from Germany. I lost track of Henry and Katherine after the 1880 census. I find them on the 1890 Farmers List in Pleasant Dale. 1870 census Henry Hellberg is found in Sauk Co., Wisconsin where he applied for citizenship.
